Software Corporation announce strategic
alliance
London and Burlington, ON: Two key Ontario high-tech companies announced today that they have entered into a strategic alliance to provide a comprehensive range of information technology services to the province's community service sector. Intrasys Services of London, Ontario and Burlington-based Coyote Software Corporation have negotiated a synergy that will draw upon each company's unique strengths and their combined experience as providers of I.T. expertise to health and social service agencies.
Kirk Were, Managing Partner of Coyote Software Corporation, states that there are many advantages to the alliance: "By offering the expertise and resources of our new relationship with Intrasys, we can now offer our valued clients a new level of service “.
According to Intrasys President Tim Yardley, "This alliance effectively makes a new and wide-ranging network of resources available to both our companies' customers. It will allow us to better address important technology and business process challenges." Foremost among those will be the challenge of meeting the custom software installation and upgrade demands of Coyote's growing client base.
Both companies have an impressive track record in the Canadian health care field, and see their new alliance as a way to round out each other's offerings to the sector.
