This is a service called Here 24/7 that went live on April 1st 2014. By using the new Coyote Coordinated Access functionality, they are able to process contact from across the community for people with Mental Health and Addictions and Crisis questions and concerns.
By being able to provide information, brief service, and referrals to the 12 partner agencies, they are able to enhance the access to members of the community. Clients no longer have to contact multiple agencies to find the best match and determine availability for services. By a Coordinated Center they can be matched up to the best facility based on their unique needs.
